Clinical Study Demonstrates Burn and Scar Improvement

In a controlled, double-blind, clinical assay to evaluate the effects of smail-extract cream (Helix aspersa) – conducted in the Chilean Occupational Therapy Unit of the Rehabilitiation Center for the Burned Child – the cream was shown to help in the treatment of burned children with hypertropic scars and/or graphs, independent of the affected body zone (face, neck and hands) *
